When will my order be shipped?

Dry goods and livestock are posted on weekdays. I do not ship livestock on weekends or Friday's as I do not want them to get stuck in the post during this time. You will get an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched. 

What postage do you use?

I use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for dry goods and Royal Mail Special Delivery for livestock.

Do you offer a live arrival guarantee?

I guarantee that all of my livestock will be healthy and in good condition. They will be packed securely and the packaging will also include stickers advising that the box contains live creatures. If the weather is cold, a heat pack will be included at no extra cost. 

Although every effort is made to ensure the safe arrival of your creatures, sometimes there are circumstances out of my control. If a DOA occurs (dead on arrival), my live arrival guarantee will apply. This ensures that you receive your livestock alive and should they not be, you will be entitled to a refund or a replacement (dependent on availability and your preference).

For the live arrival guarantee to apply, the following conditions must be met:

  • The delivery address and contact information given must be correct.

  • There must be someone available to take delivery of the livestock at the first delivery attempt.

  • The parcel must not be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

  • Contact must be made as soon as the parcel is opened. 

  • Video or photo evidence must be provided of the livestock in the original packaging. 

If the above conditions are met, you will be offered a replacement or a refund.

Do you ship outside of the United Kingdom?

I do not ship outside of the United Kingdom.

Do you allow reservations on livestock?

I do not take reservations on livestock. 

Do you sell gift cards?

I do not sell gift cards.
